DESCRIPTION:

This journey is for the explorer. 

Did Lewis and Clark know exactly what they were going to see when they took off across the Open West? Did Amelia Earhart know what she was going to see or encounter or feel when she went off exploring? If you enjoy the element of surprise the quest for something you're not sure you will find this trip is for you. 

Do you enjoy fun and discovering places and people that you might not have ever met? Trust your creative spirit inside and allow me to show you the New England I love. This is a New England with open parameters, gravel roads that might not be on every map, and opportunities that may present themselves that I can't even plan for. 

Join me for 7 days where I will be sure you will have a clean quiet bed in a wonderful historic or locally owned inn or bed and breakfast, you will have incredible farm to table meals, and you will have the opportunity to join me for sunrise and see what the light reveals. Between sunrise and our last stop each day we will find a mix of scenics, local foods, historic spots and always an unexpected find. 

If you have taken my classic New England trip you have seen the hotspots you have seen some of the postcard classics but this is a step beyond a chance to explore with your eyes and your senses and the spirit of discovery. In the 7 days I try to be sure to show you covered bridges reflections red barns I pleasing compositions for your camera or just your iPhone. When it's appropriate we may take a little bit more time so we can sit maybe walk the field, maybe tour a building, or just follow our senses down that next gravel road to see where it leads. 
 

If you are new to photography I am more than willing to share tips on composition, camera settings and ways to enhance your creative eye.

HOW TO GET THERE:

Once your deposit has been received and the minimum number of participants confirmed you will be given the "meet-up" hotel and suggested Airports to fly into.

Not Included: Airfare, extra luggage fees, alcohol, and additional transportation charges to get to meetup location.

WHAT TO BRING:

Camera, cell phone or just yourself, good hiking or walking shoes, sun coverage such as hat, long sleeves.
